There are lot of centers, institutions, universities in Govt. as well as in private sector through out the country which are imparting training of different levels to the aspirants. It is a matter of pride that we live in a young country wherein there is a majority of youth and whole of the world is looking at us for assistance in every sphere of specialization. It gives me immense pleasure that we are here to put our oblation towards the contribution to train the aspirants for making the system to compete in the world of work. I have the reason to feel pride that being the Principal of ITI Shahpur ( Grade-A), I am here with my team mates to educate, train and make the trainees a good citizen so as the trainees may be able to improve the system at their parental as well as their future home. This way by training a single candidate we are serving two objectives.

This is not only the merit of the candidate which pays his / her in the long run but his / her traits of soft skills and communication skill shall definitely make him/her the beacon.

VISION:

Realization of Glimpses of a young country India particularly in the rural Himachal Pradesh which lives in its villages ITI Shahpur (Grade - A) will excel globally and distinguish itself as a recognized pre-eminent leader to serve through its socioeconomic upliftment by exposure of the aspirants to vocational training thereby grooming them as technically competent, multiskilled personality and intellectually-vital Graduates through practically focused quality learning experiences, and thus assuring productive Careers for them & Training to Semi Skilled and un-skilled.

    * Upliftment of Rural Men as well as Women/Girl Students through     vocational education.
    * To promote culture of self-employment.
    * To impart non-formal education to unemployed youth.
    * To inculcate moral, ethical, spiritual values in education at all levels.
    * Quality training programs in need based modern vocational     technology.
    * To maintain state-of-the-art infrastructure in laboratories.
